During our trip when we are already on holiday, we can contact a hotline in our native language, in any case, any time 24/7, 365 days a year, even on christmas eve or on new years eve. If there is any serious problem the hotline helps very effectively.  Hotline is also available on skype.

 

For example, if any serious problem arises in connection with your property, you call the hotline and they help you get out of trouble and your hotel is obliged to pay for you a new room in an other hotel at the same leve og quality.

 

The hotline system was tried several times on special dates, on Christmas Eve and on New Year's Eve 10 minutes after midnight.They picked up the phone and answered.
